05 / MULTI-TENANT OPERATIONS / PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
MundiHQ
Designed for different businesses, not just different users.
A connected product model for organizations with different roles, workflows, permissions & administrative needs, including a demonstration experience for prospective customers.
THE QUESTION BEHIND THE BUILD
How do you accommodate different businesses without rebuilding the rules for each one?
01 / THE CONTEXT
Different businesses.
Shared operating principles.
A system designed for one company's exact habits can become another company's headache. MundiHQ explores a different approach: common operating capabilities, with organization-specific environments, roles & workflows.
I independently designed & built the multi-tenant structure, connected workspaces, requests, permissions & supporting administration. The goal is to accommodate different needs without building a different product from scratch for every organization.
02 / GUIDED PRODUCT VIEWS
One connected product.
Several very different jobs.
Explore four authentic interfaces in a deliberate sequence.
Click to inspect Start with the right place.
Organization-aware entry points introduce available work without assuming every employee needs every administrative capability.
Click to inspect Show the work, not the wiring.
Employee-oriented resources & tasks give people a route into the system while preserving distinct administrative roles.
Click to inspect Requests with context & ownership.
Request types, responsibilities & states are organized around completing work, not simply recording it.
Click to inspect Design for the evaluation experience.
Guided stories, industry context, sessions & presentation preparation help explain what the product can do. Northstar is a fictional demonstration environment, not a customer account.
03 / PRODUCT & COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE
Designing how someone
understands the product.
The Demo Center extends the product beyond internal workflows. It provides a structured way to show prospective customers what the platform is designed to support, with guided stories & fictional data that can be explored without misrepresenting real organizations.
This is product demonstration & sales-enablement design, not evidence of paying customers, conversions or external deployment volumes. The distinction matters as much as the experience itself.
Click to inspect 04 / THE PRINCIPLE
Good scale is the ability to accommodate different needs responsibly: permissions, organization boundaries, workflows, administration & how the product is understood before adoption.
